Midway lore
The Ticket That Refused to Burn
At the edge of the old fairground, a single admission ticket survives every bonfire. It bears no date, only a seat number and the faint scent of rain.
Cauldron of Wonders
Like a delicious teabag dipped in warmth releasing its essence….A cabinet of curious tales, old rituals, and small enchantments gathered from the far side of the carnival canvas. Many are shared here and yes there is a facebook page for this as well. ALL THINGS are for entertainment only.
Keep the curious close. They are often the first to find the hidden door.
Lift the lid
Some wonders arrive with a thunderclap. Others wait quietly in a pocket, a pressed leaf, or the last warm glow of a lantern.
The Cauldron of Wonders keeps both: strange stories for the sleepless, seasonal rituals for the curious, and beautiful oddities worth carrying into the dark. It’s a cabinet of curiosities of sorts and there are so many things we are adding to it.

Midway lore

October rites
When the first leaf loosens from its branch, place it beneath an object dear to your heart and make room for the season to tell you what it has been keeping. Don't worry it will appear in your minds eye if you know the spell…
Small enchantments
A brass button, a thread of violet ribbon, and a whispered promise: the simplest charms are often the ones that guide us home. Do you carry any tokens or worry dolls in your pocket?
Tonight’s small ritual
Set a flickering candle in a window or on a safe table where it cannot ignite anything. Beside it, place one small object that carries a memory. Let the flame keep watch while you name what you are ready to carry forward.
Keep all candles attended and away from anything that can catch fire
Return when the fog rolls in. The cauldron is never quite empty.
