If what you receive is creased, damaged, doesn't live up to your expectations, or clashes with your sofa, simply e-mail me within 10 days to let me know what disappointed you, then return your order in its original packaging. I will promptly replace it, exchange it, or refund your purchase price, in full, including shipping.
